Spare Parts Return & Warranty Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely happy for any reason, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit. Please review the policy details below.

Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and labels.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return or exchange accordingly.
  • Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for processing.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Electrically fitted parts
  • Factory second appliances

Warranty

  • Electrolux spare parts: 12-month warranty
  • All other parts: 3-month warranty

For any defective or damaged items, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or exchange.

Additional Information

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Finding the same item at a lower price elsewhere
    • No longer liking the product
    • No longer needing the item
